It's free because the metal has value. We sell what we collect to recyclers, and that covers the truck, the fuel and the labour for a simple curbside pickup. Jobs that take more — carrying items out of a basement or down stairs, disconnecting or dismantling, non-metal junk, or a booked time — are priced up front, starting from $40 for a single item and from $75 for inside or stairs.
