What's the minimum commitment for scheduled service?
We offer flexible terms starting at 3 months. No long-term contracts required unless you prefer the pricing stability and priority benefits of an annual agreement.
How does pricing work for commercial service?
Pricing depends on volume, material type, and pickup frequency. Many scheduled clients with consistent metal output pay little or nothing — the scrap value offsets our cost. Low-volume or mixed loads may carry a service fee. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you pay for high-value metals like copper and brass?
Yes — for large volumes of high-value non-ferrous metals, we apply credits to your account based on current market rates. These credits offset service fees and in some cases result in net payment to you.
Can you service multiple job site locations?
Absolutely. We serve property management companies and multi-site contractors across the GTA under a single contract. One account, one invoice, coordinated scheduling across all locations.
What if we need an emergency pickup outside our schedule?
Contract clients get priority emergency service. Call us directly and we'll accommodate rush pickups within 24–48 hours in most cases. Contact us by late morning for best same-day availability.
Do you provide certificates of recycling or disposal?
Yes. We provide documentation for environmental compliance, LEED certification support, and corporate sustainability reporting. Let us know at setup and we'll include it with every pickup.
Do you handle mixed loads with non-metal debris?
We specialize in metal scrap. Mixed loads with a high metal content are fine — we sort on our end. Loads that are predominantly non-metal debris (wood, drywall, concrete) may not qualify. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
